  • This integration uses REST API, supported in Salesforce Professional (lightning mode only), Enterprise, and Unlimited Editions
  • Salesforce 'Console' and 'Omni Channel' not supported. 
  • Service Cloud - Integration is available with the tables i.e. contacts, accounts and leads only.  Note, integration does not connect to the fields / tabs of ‘cases’ and ‘solutions’.  
  • Works in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Financial Services Cloud.

Add-in supports the use of Salesforce custom URLs for Accounts, Contacts, and Leads, if required.Call Preview Notes: This display the information that is in the description field of the contact.
